Won my first three matches but lost today's. Won the first by 148 runs, the second by nine runs and the third by 116. Lost today's by nine wickets though. Elmes averaging 149 and Ryan 301, although both got a duck in the last game.

End of Over 3: 29-0, runrate=9.67, reqrunrate=9.12 (183-3)
Goodliffe 2-0-24-0
Kilkenny* 9 (7 balls)
Terry 20 (11 balls)

Could well be in trouble here, may have underestimated them.
Won it with 9 balls to spare in the end, with 8 wickets in hand

Agreed, either that, or make the season run a week or 2 longer.

Reckon Gleeson will clean me up for less than 50 Sunday NZT, I'm resting Harris & Moloto (screwed PFLs).

Probably never will tbh

Heh, to do with the re-direct on wiki I suspect? And the slang for Gonorrhea being "The Clap"

Think the 19th over of the match may have decided it:

Code:
18.6 W Muggins to Ferrell
That's an absolute peach of a delivery, finds the edge, and Chanderpaul takes it at the second attempt.
18.5 W Muggins to Harris
Forward defensive, beats the bat, on the pads, huge appeal, the umpire is thinking hard on this one, and given!
18.4 W Muggins to Ahmed
That's a full blooded drive and the man at mid off has stuck out a hand and plucked it from mid air. A fantastic reaction catch by the fielder. Ahmed can count himself a little unlucky.
18.3 W Muggins to Doherty
Yorker from Muggins, and it's got through! Doherty played down completely the wrong line, and the ball hit middle stump, great bowling.
18.2 W Muggins to Moodley
Edge surely! The umpire doesn't respond to the appeal but Moodley shoulders his bat and is walking towards the pavilion. Very sporting, although his coach might not be best pleased.
18.1 4 Muggins to Moodley
Four runs! Barely any effort required to send that one to the extra cover boundary.
Lost by 5 runs, though can't complain given my opponents ratings:

Code:
		Boggles Goofy Unitized
Top Order: wonderful elite
Middle Order: respectable superb
Lower Order: worthless abysmal
Seam Bowling: exquisite wonderful
Spin Bowling: wonderful remarkable
Fielding: feeble mediocre

Wow, those are some rather nice ratings. Is that a GFI? How many spinners?

Very unlucky there by the way. With 6 needed off 11 and 5 wickets in hand, I would've thought you'd be a certainty...

Dead Badger

State 12th Man
Kept my div III opponents down to a not-entirely-horrifying score, but Abdul Kadir's 55-ball century has pretty much sewn it up, given the quality of their bowling. Be surprised if I make half what they got.

End of Over 20: 166-6, runrate=8.30
Pead 4-0-32-4
Purse* 0 (4 balls)
Holmes 0 (0 balls)

Completed my first ever ground name change, and I can confirm that the new home of the Anchormen is...

The Odeon *** Panther Dome.

I'm diggin' it

And the first game to be played at the newly christened ground will be the inaugural Canning-Mcmillan Trophy. Be there.
