I think it was frustration more than anything. It was a good decision, and I don't think he was blaming the umpire.

I have no issue with people laughing at him. People laughed at Yuvraj standing his ground in the first test when he'd edged it, though that was much more serious as he stayed at the crease after the finger was raised.

I have an issue with Clarke being called a cheat over it, when there was quite obviously nothing wrong with it.

The point was the situations are so different, it's quite reasonable to question Clarke and not Ganguly. Your attempt to homogenize the two was hilarious.
