Yeah... right!India can win this.

Agree.Mitch needs to try to bring the ball back into the right handers and if he can't do that then he should keep his lines within the stumps.
dravid is following the same pattern in the 2nd as well...Certainly enough time for India to do it, as long ast the batsman strike better than 5 off 68.
He's only faced a few balls so far and he's doing a good job.dravid is following the same pattern in the 2nd as well...
I hope he's not saving energy for tomorrow.Lee's pace looks a bit below his normal self is he bowling within himself to save energy for tomorrow.
3 off 24? grinding it out is great when you are able to stick around to capitalize later...that's not what is happening with dravid now...He's only faced a few balls so far and he's doing a good job.
What do you want him to do in these 8 overs?
So he should play attacking and get out in the 8 over period?3 off 24? grinding it out is great when you are able to stick around to capitalize later...that's not what is happening with dravid now...
I don't think you understand Test Cricket much if you feel he's doing a poor job currently.3 off 24? grinding it out is great when you are able to stick around to capitalize later...that's not what is happening with dravid now...
Yeah, totally agree. I was more referring to an entire innings rather than 8 overs left over in the day.I don't think you understand Test Cricket much if you feel he's doing a poor job currently.
you know only those two extremes? So he should play attacking and get out in the 8 over period?
oh yeah i do to both parts of your statement...I don't think you understand Test Cricket much if you feel he's doing a poor job currently.
There is no need to play attacking strokes in the 8 over period. If a bad ball comes your way, maybe hit it for a four but generally, in such periods, your aim is to not lose wickets which Dravid and Jaffer have done. If some one is being critical of Dravid for this 8 over period, he is being too petty. There is no necessity of playing attacking strokes. Dravid has been out of form too. Why should he risk any thing when he has little to gain in an 8 over period. Doesn't make any sense.you know only those two extremes?
