What's red and blue, has a **** backline, midfield and forwardline, and finished 15th in 2007?
I would've said Carlton, but you said red and blue.

Honestly though, Kangaroos > Melbourne > Essendon.

Even though, if forced to support one, I would have my preferences in the opposite order, I think that's how it is in terms of onfield prospects. Kangas and Melbourne are close though.

Like Nick's idea. Except in a slightly more measured fashion.

Adelaide - when was the last time they were involved in a game where everyone thought, "Wow, that was four quarters of good footy". Downhill ever since Wayne Weideman and Rod Jameson left.
Brisbane - I actually find it pretty tough to hate Brisbane. But Rhan Hooper gives me the irrits to the max, and they did basically get a massive leg-up from the AFL for no real reason other than to make them successful.
Carlton - Jack Elliott, shemozzle, arrogant. Could live with them in the bottom four for the rest of my life to be honest.
Collingwood - media saturation; players are just as uneducated as their fans, who I don't even want to get started on.
Essendon - biggest whingers, dead set. Always an excuse.
Fremantle - their supporters have no nous at all. It is like a bunch of redneck Americans have become AFL fans. The club has no heart or soul.
Hawthorn - a club that is holding back the development of the game as an exciting spectacle. Use your players, ffs, stop retarding them. Supporters also love to whinge.
Kangaroos - Ron Joseph. Gave Shane Harvey a second chance in football.
Melbourne - their supporters actually enjoy living upto their stereotype of not caring when they are losing. A bunch of front runners who rely on being fed the football.
Port Adelaide - have you ever seen a club with a bigger chip on their shoulder. Hope they die out. Can't pull a crowd in Adelaide. Williams and the Cornes' - bellends.
Richmond - they dropped House. Get so overexcited at anything that hints of success. Only when their season goes to the dogs do they attempt to play a positive brand of footy.
St. Kilda - Riewoldt is the biggest knobjockey in the AFL. They have Fiora, Milne and Montagna playing for them, and they used to have Thomas. And why the hell didn't they keep Kosi at CHB when he first came to the club?
Sydney - with Borcich here, inject some youth. And I hate their fans going on about "the Bloods" as though they have some sort of involvement in it. It's a player movement, stop being cheap claimers.
WB - I can't wait till West retires, and if Cross is having a bad day there will be 21 Bullies players wandering around waiting for someone to give the ball to them.
West Coast - 92, 94 and a real stench of supremism around the place.
Adelaide - Feral fan base
Brisbane - Lol, maybe if we give you more money and more draft picks you'll go back to winning another stack of premierships by basically bashing everyone into oblivion. Bunch of thugs.
Collingwood - Wow, hate them so much. Worst club in the history of any sport. Everything about them is woeful. Fans, players, board etc.
Essendon - Lol, don't get me started here. Essendon fans are the worst of the worst of the worst. Will never forgive them for 93.
Fremantle - Not a real club. Have no place in the AFL.
Geelong - Hate them so much dead set. Should get rid of the whole city itbt. Ashamed they're Victorians. Specialise in losing grand finals, will do the same thing this year and I'll be there laughing. Will never ever forgive Milburn. Should be locked up imo.
Hawthorn - Bunch of pretty boys, had a good decade or so and that's it.
Kangaroos - Shinboner spirit aka being really crap, but trying hard.
Melbourne - Rich members that might make time for games in between ski trips and getting their hair done.
Port Adelaide - Worse than Adelaide and that's saying something. Bring back Fitzroy!
Richmond - Meh. Don't go to Richmond games because I'm scared of getting lynched.
St Kilda - Have no heart. Bunch of women who wasted heaps of talent and draft picks. Smug and with a rotten culture. Have never done anything of importance in over a hundred years. Well just the one thing.
Sydney - Killed football dead set. All that's wrong with the modern game can be found in here.
Bulldogs - We don't care where you ****s get your suits from. Learn to kick straight and find some fans with more than four teeth.
West Coast - First club to take the cup outside the holy land. Basically evil.

and Carlton - dead set, the Bangladesh of football. Incompitent management, idiot footballers that have ruined the game for me. Had a fine history going untill Elliot dragged the whole thing down with him. Should merge with the Bendigo u19s. Joke of an organisation.
Haha, gun posts.

Bruce, Jones, Johnstone anyone?

Even if Johnstone wasn't able to get the ball, he could hit a target better than *snigger* Daniel Harris
Bruce needs to worry about getting on the park for 22 games a year, Johnstone is gone and Jones is a super kid with so much heart, but his skills are hardly his strength.

Thoughts on Ablett calling it quits for the time being?

Seems a little strange to me, can picture him working at Myer in the meantime.

Pretty disappointed, as I reckon he'd end up being a real gun. But I'd rather he did this than going half rat power for a season and wasting everyone's time. Gives Hawkins a chance, too.

I still hope Ablett plays AFL again. But it could be too late if he does, depending how long he'll be out for. But Hawkins will be one for the future...
