Katich 200, keeps NSW in the game. Did someone say if a decent player gets 300 they might be in consideration for the 1st test? I hope he doesn't get 300:-O

Haha, Brad Hogg with 58* off 42 for WA, while Hodge goes for a golden to back up his 2 in the first innings.

Broad drops Haddo. I know the pitch is as flat as a tack, but still a great innings so far by Katich.

Katich and Haddin just having fun now, Katich 271* off 320
Clealy if the CW Award were still being handed out I would take the Greigy out. Well maybe there is always a chance for him to play in the Test series, you can't do much more then what he has done. I reckon he would be a good dark horse.

Will Katich just bat on for as long as he can now that a draw looks to be the most likely result. Surely on a pitch that's produced 14/977 so far neither team could lose it on the last day.

You never know.

Katich should bat for about a 200 run lead and then see if he can bowl the Queenslanders out. That's our best chance of winning.

Haha, fingers crossed the pitch offers more for the bowlers come the SCG test match. Shocking use of Doran so far, 9 overs of 125, and all of them when Katich decides to go for broke.

How frustrating is Hodge for his supporters, hey? You support the guy forever, quietly agreeing with the Melbourne media moaning that he never got enough chances although you never admit it because you don't want to be another whining Victorian and then he finally gets in and blows everything. This guy either has the worst timing imaginable or just can't handle the pressure and the crunch situations (ie score now or your career is over). Sigh.
