I hope for an offer from Yorkshire, Lechistershire, Durham, South Australia, Victoria or where ever Gillespie is playing, But after seeing that, I'll take anything, even if it's ice Cricket in Estonia!

You don't get offers from US/T&T clubs, you offer your services to them. There are a bunch that are still wanting batsmen so I imagine you can sign up for those clubs!

I did consider...But to be honest, I wouldn't pass water over the US atm. And the TT sides, aren't really testing, isn't there a second chance thing like what Dauth got?

You have to keep in mind that most of the T&T / US teams have 3-6 players from CWLand, so it's not like they're going to be a walkover.

Only a very few get a chance to get into the county/state sides, and if you don't take your chance soon enough then it goes!

Well to be honest, I'm suprised myself that I actally get these call ups. For instance, I didn't even reliase I was in the A team until the start of the 3rd match.

Oh well, Guess I'll have to check in more therads that I consider myself unlikely to get a gig the way things are going.

Actually, I haven't seen anyone sign up for some time... but as for trading, I'm mostly happy with our current side, although we'll probably have a better idea at the end of the offseason as to what we're going to do. The offseason generally takes some time and, more importantly, there might be a few people who will retire / not sign in for the new season after it. Who knows what our squad will look like!

EDIT: Oh, Griffen! It's been some time so I think you were deemed inactive. You have to keep posting regularly to stick in this league - but I'm sure if you state your intention to return in the main threads of the forum then you can get allocated to a team. In the meantime, I suggest going into the Offseason subforum and applying for a T&T / US team before the next season begins so you can get some games under your belt.

Am loving offseason cricket. Only played one game so far, but you know.
I think its getting me in the mood for some Colts action. The only hiccup is, we have a large inactive list. Does anyone know how to contact any of these fellas (eg. e-mails), so we can drum up a bit of interest later-on in the pre-season?

Yeah, we look like we're short of numbers atm, but I'm sure once the season draws near and offseason cricket will draw interest again, so am hoping it will drag a few out of hibernation (sp).
