WTF! I think he's the best thing that's happened to Chelsea.

FFS, if they get Van Gaal or Capello on the job, I'm going to hate the team.

EDIT: What're the odds on Schuster being sacked tomorrow?

Why leave now? Should have left before the transfer window closed. Shocked though. Wouldn't have been if he'd left at the end of the season or before the start of the current.

Highlighting that laughing smiley makes it look really trippy.

Will be interesting to see how well Chelsea do at OT now. Will they pull a "new manager" win or will they suffer from their loss of their most entertaining player?

Personally I fear they're going to fluke a win at OT and then the wheels will fall off.

roman has made his freind avram grant who was director of football the new manager. and jose is looking at 20-25 million pounds severence pay. i think chelski will turn out like hearts did withe a mad meglomaniac making decisions about football which ruin the club. jose should come to spurs. hed win us the league next year

Being a united fan I sometimes detested mourinho. But have got too say the way he has been treated at chealsea is nothing short of a disgrace.6 or 7 trophies in 3 years.Name one other club in the world where a manager with that sort of record would be give such a harsh time by the board.
Not alone is this bad news for chealsea but perhaps bad news for all clubs who have been taken over by these big money tycoons. Will they all also keep choping and changing managers in the hope for success and not giving managers a chance to develop a proper squad?

Mourinho to T*ttenham. You heard it here first.
People were talking about it yesterday here in my hostel TBH.

Actually speaking of Chelsea, there is a hostel in the Ukrainian city of Lyiv that goes by the name of Hostel Shevchenko. Would of gone but I need a visa...

Oddly enough, the takeover least welcomed by it's fans is now considered to be one of the better ones. The Glazers treat the place like a business and the fact that they aren't massive football fans who think they know everything means they let the real brains do the work while they just take care of financial areas. It's great. I don't see Liverpool having any problems either, personally.

People at United forums still say that it would be nice to see if there was a real United fan that was willing to buy the club off Glazer... I disagree. If they were real United fans then they'd only try to screw around with things eventually. I'm all but certain of it. Roman is a great example of a football fan running a club - controlling purchases and of course dumping Jose. Owners should never interfere with team affairs.

Chelsea must be worried about this because they want to put a clause in stopping him from managing another Premiership club. Sky reckon he'll take over from Big Phil at Portugal but I don't think so - I don't think he'd like having to wait a month between games. As for Mr Grant, he's like the characters in Trumpton and Camberwick Green (which I was a fan of when I was young). You can't see the strings but he's still a puppet....
