Didn't watch any matches on saturday can anyone who saw give me run down on how Pennant, Young, James, Robinson, Taylor played?

Not to forget what a blow for Heskey, England's injury ATM is plain crazy. Just when a another top player recovers one goes down.

penant was ok . probably one of the better players for england before gerrard and torres got on late in the 2nd half.

I dunno about any of the others, but Robinson was at least partly culpable for the Arsenal's first goal. Came charging out for a cross he had no chance of getting, leaving Adebayor with a free header into an empty net. Robinson actually ended up about three yards ahead of Adebayor, such was the speed he charged off his line. He clearly has issues with crosses.

Couldn't fault him for either of the other goals; just beautiful clean strikes.

Don’t you think he was a bit too far of his line for Cesc’s strike?

Likewise Robison would have saved Nani’s ’wonder goal’ a couple weeks back if he wasn’t so far off his goal-line.

No, but given we had a midfielder who had just returned from South America in central defence & the Iberian equivalent of a panic attack in goal that was only to be expected.

At the replay of the Forest/Leicester Carling Cup tie. The game was abandoned with Forest leading 1-0 after a Leicester player had heart failure (luckily he was revived), so after the kick off Leicester let the Forest keeper score unopposed. Nice gesture.

I bet bookies checked to see if any money had gone on him for first goalscorer afterwards tho!
