Yeah the first 2 overs he bowled against Zimbabwe where too loose and it allowed them to get away, but the last 2 overs he bowled where great and if he bowls like that he could be very usefulMy 20/20 team for tomorrow -
Clarke
Hayden
Ponting
Hussey
Symonds
Hodge
Gilchrist
Hogg
Lee
Bracken
Hilfenhaus
Will be shattered if Hilfy doesn't play tomorrow. Worried about Lee vs England. Has the makings of an awesome match.
Brad Hodge is arguably the best Twenty20 bastman in the World, no need to drop him I don't think, especially not for Watson who won't suit this format very well.Get rid of Hodge, and put Watson in, he would provide some much needed fire power with the ball and a big hitting opportunity in the middle order.
I've been supporting England in all the series this winter and it'll be a change to go back to wanting them to losecome on you poms
I would be too if it wasn't on so late and my laptop wasn't broken *grumble, grumble*Looking forward to Pietersen v Australia tonight.
Was about to post that it's not on that late, then remembered your on N.Z. time.I would be too if it wasn't on so late and my laptop wasn't broken *grumble, grumble*
Oh My God I can't believe it I never thought I'd here that from an Englishman. This may sound like treachery coming from an Englishman, but I hope the Aussies qualify. I think the tournament will be a lot poorer with the Aussies not being there. So hopefully a narrow win for Australia today.
I just don't fancy watching the minnows in more 1 sided meaningless games. We already had the 50 over World Cup ruined that way we could do without the 20 over one going the same route.Oh My God I can't believe it I never thought I'd here that from an Englishman.
If Australia can't beat Zimbabwe or England, I don't think we'd see them being much good for the rest of the tournament regardless, tbh. This may sound like treachery coming from an Englishman, but I hope the Aussies qualify. I think the tournament will be a lot poorer with the Aussies not being there. So hopefully a narrow win for Australia today.
Yeah I agree. Brent, Sibanda and Masakadza would win every timeAnyway given the choice of who I would rather watch: Gilchrist, Pointing, Symonds Lee etc or Brent, Sibanda & Masakadza there is really no contest.
