Worcs are 60-4 needing 473 - and Warne hasn't bowled yet! Really hasn't been their year, has it.
We're doing ok in the Pro40 league. But you're right, we have been shocking in the longer form. All our top players just arent proforming. Given our money problems this season i cant see us making many changes for next year either. :@

He's always going to pick up slight muscle problems after so long out. I wouldnt get too worried over it. If Glamorgan dont offer him new contract i can imagine he'll have a wide pick of counties who will gladly take him on. Injured or not.

All one-way traffic in the Roses game I see. I just checked to see if Stuart Law (184*) was close to his highest score, but he's not - it's 263.

Yorkshire's misery almost at an end now - Lancs are 512-9.

And Somerset need 178 against Notts for the win that would virtually guarantee promotion.

Is there any reason Flintoff only bowled 6 overs in Lancs second innings? I'm hoping there has been no reoccurrence of his injury.

Great performance from Darren Stevens today in the pro40 against Durham. 3/15 off 5 overs and a match-winning 85* from 59 balls. Wonder if the England selectors are taking note?

Yeah, good win for the Spitfires that (I forgot they were playing tbh), but I'm rather disappointed that Derbyshire failed by only 28 runs to make 424 to beat Leics. They were well placed overnight too.

I'm not 100% sure but Alfonso is an overseas replacement for Paul Harris. Although, Warwickshire are possibly interested in making him a Kolpak signing for next year. I believe the Bears wanted Dale Steyn back but CSA even with Dale's non-inclusion in their 20/20 side did not want that to happen.

Inzy is set to join Yorkshire, replacing Younis Khan. At 37, the short deal will be Inzamam's first taste of county cricket.

Rashid 13 away from a maiden FC century and running out of partners.

Edit: and he makes it, congrats to him.

Confirmed by the Beeb.

Ridiculous, absolutely absurd for anyone to join a county with just four weeks of the season remaining. Are Yorkshire so bereft of talent that they can't manage for four weeks with only one overseas player? I can just imagine what old FST would have had to say about it ...
