*sigh* A lot of people seem to be saying this - that Bradman never faced attacks like the fantasy one here and so his average would only naturally come down due to the quality of the bowling he's up against.

Which would be fine, if everyone else's averages had also come down. But when guys like Hunte and Hayden are actually improving their stats against attacks better than anything they went close to facing, then maybe we instead just look at it as a simulated online probability game that doesn't always reflect reality they way we'd perceive it.

That being said, The Don to dominate in the Caribbean. :)

You do realize that Hayden cashed in on a flat track against a depleted Windies attack with only Marshall and Ambrose posing any real threat ... and that Hunte was given several let-offs throughout the series? Had you actually watched the tests carefully, you'd realize just how many jaffas Bradman faced, especially from Marshall. Come on, you should do better than to just go by stats. Cricket is not all about stats. Bradman to dominate in the Carribean. :)

Whether it is too late or not one W.M.Lawry comes to mind.Dour opening bat..opened with Simpson in WI successfully and is astayer when wickets fall around him....Could he be a reserve if someone is injured at least?

I think we also need to make some room in the Wi lineup for Clyde Walcott (as a specialist rather than a keeper/batsman). His record against Australia in the Wi is outstanding.
