¿Qué?BTW... for Cricinfo and our dear Kapil Dev and Virender Sehwag pulling Tendulkar up... I hope you shut up.
Erm, which criticism was fair? The criticism directed towards him was quite fair to be honest. Still is. He had a good innings, lets see how he does going forward.
EDIT: What did Sehwag say?
"Tendulkar used to be the most explosive batsman in India. We grew up watching his explosive batting. But he is no longer young now and has changed his batting style. So, I think Dhoni and me have to fit into Tendulkar's shoes,"Erm, which criticism was fair?
Sehwag said some thing taking a pot shot at Tendulkar.
You would be a very tough selector..
My point was I don't think the door will be half closed on Laxman if he makes 40 today..
I am asking you which criticisms were fair since you were the one who said criticisms were fair. When did I say Sehwag criticised or whether criticisms were fair or not? Also, I was making an entirely different point."Tendulkar used to be the most explosive batsman in India. We grew up watching his explosive batting. But he is no longer young now and has changed his batting style. So, I think Dhoni and me have to fit into Tendulkar's shoes,"
That is a perfectly valid statement. That's not criticism at all!
I'm guessing in the West Indies last year. Probably 2003/04 in Australia before that. When was the last time India were 400/4 or better outside the subcontinent?
Let me expand. I thought taking pot shots at Tendulkar was very poor. Kapil Dev was the person who said that people associated with cricket should up the morale of the team and not target them when Jayawant Lele said that India would lose in Australia 3-0 when Kapil Dev was coach. Now, he comes out regarding Tendulkar in the middle of the tour.BTW... for Cricinfo and our dear Kapil Dev and Virender Sehwag pulling Tendulkar up... I hope you shut up.
