**Official** Bangladesh in Sri Lanka

Nafees, Saleh and Ashraful will all ton up in the second dig. You heard it here first.
I love Saleh, but he gets past 49 I'll be surprised. Similarly though, if he doesn't get to 20, I'll be surprised (to a lesser extent). Ahhh, the joys of the most consistent start-getter-who-can't-push-on in history. :p

I hope Murali reaches 700 or even 701 wickets by the end of this Test (that's 6 or 7wickets in the second innings) .

Allows all the Sri Lankans planning to be in Australia for the Tests a chance to be at the Gabba when Murali will probably move on to 709 .

In fact if he gets past 700 tomorrow, its almost certain he will go past 709 at the Woollongabba.

Anything less ie 699 means the record will only be reached at the Bellerieve Oval.

Unless he goes wicketless in Australia.
Want to go for an avatar challenge ?

If he fails to reach 709 in Australia , I will take an avatar you suggest.

If he reaches 709 , you must keep Murali avatar for 1 year ? seems a fair challenge to me..
* This excludes injury or his failure to play in Australia*

Haha, I highly doubt what I said will actually happen - it was a possibility rather than an actual prediction. I'm sure he'll get Stuart Clark out at least. :p

So I'll decline, on the grounds that I think you'll win.

Ok, So how about , Murali to take less than 10 wickets in Australia v more than 10 wickets.

If he takes less than 10 in the 2 tests in total - you win - I take an avatar you suggest for 1 year.

If he takes more than 10 in the 2 tests you lose and you keep Murali avatar for a year .

I mean he can only get Stuart Clarke out 4 times at most (even if Clarke played both Tests) - So this should be a fair challenge.

* this excludes injury or his failure to play in Australia for any other reason *

Again, I think you'll win that, so I'll decline. Seriously, I wasn't attempting a flame war or an avatar challenge with that post - I was just being a smartarse. :p

Jason, you have a horrible habit of saying stuff like this and bringing on the jinx aka the Evil Eye. As a long time Murali fan, I now ask you to, please, STFU.

PS. I think Murali will take around 6 wickets in the 2 Tests.

PPS. Interesting Article on Murali vs Bang/Zim and other nations post 2000.

Reckless batting from Bashar, bowled by Muralitharan while going for the slog. The last game of his international career IMO.
