Hehehehe at Lancs :D

Anyway, Notts have signed Simon Francis as cover for Sidebottom for the rest of the season.

He's not a bad player! Just lost his way a bit at Somerset. He was in the England academy & went on an England A tour a couple of years ago.

I never thought I'd see it...rain wiping out play everywhere but OLD TRAFFORD! And I bet Lancashire would have liked their game to be wiped out too!. Scotland's second win at OT in four years.

There are good figures but I wouldn't expect anything less against a Scotland A team. I've played against some of these players.

Interesting stuff from Glamorgan:

Code:
Bowling O M R W Econ
  DG Wright 0.4 0 3 0 4.50
  JP Maher 0.2 0 0 0 0.00
  AG Wharf 1.1 0 21 1 18.00 (1nb)
  HT Waters 1 0 1 0 1.00

God I hope Durham chase down their target against Scotland...

Hmm even more bizarre, Wharf now has 3-1-33-2...
Wharf managing 2 wickets, or being Benning'd at the start of the innings?
As for the previous scorecard, presumably Wright injured something in his first over, which Maher finished off.
Mind you, Ceefax had Surrey as winning by 1 run under DL about 20 minutes ago

I just like statistical weirdness like that, having your first over go for 15, second over for 18 then the third one is a maiden...

Now the current in-batsmen going at less than a run every two balls.

Edit: Some pummelling going on at Trent Bridge as well

Top draw bowling from Marcus North (on top of an earlier fifty) for Gloucestershire in the rain effected game against Essex. North sent down four overs for eleven runs and picked up two wickets in the process.

Anna's reaction was soooooooooooooo predictable, too.

Probably should add what Amir calls a "safety smiley": :p

Oh feck off :p

This is quoted from a guy on another forum I use:

He's got a superb action, but his career has blown hot and cold. He has toured with the England Academy squad, but has been released by two counties. He holds the record for best Limited Overs bowling analysis for Somerset. He has been extremely expensive on occasion, yet has also had days when he seemed to be the only bowler not really getting hammered, yet couldn't buy a wicket. He has taken a FC hat-trick, and has also caught and bowled his own brother in a FC match.

New round of games starting, but again there's a lot of rain about. Surrey v Kent is the only game to start on time and I don't fancy their chances of being on the field for long. Wish the weather would improve :(

Garnett Kruger has gone Kolpak for Leicestershire, would that make Garnett the first Cape Coloured Kolpak? I can’t recall another one.
