Shoaib (when he is fully fit) is = if not better than Bond.

Murali is definitely better than Vettori.

And between Malinga and Bracken there is not much.

Does that make sense ?
Even at full fitness Bond is fair bit greater then Shoaib.

But regardless who ever the PNG/Fiji players are they will be just cannon flodder, even if Jones plays as a PNG player. Mind you i guess you could hide them at 8 to 11 i guess, but having Bond and Bracken at 6 & 7 would be a slight worry.

Well Asia would have murali and malinga at 6 & 7 too if they went like that. But since it's a fund raiser they should give little bit of respect to the associates and let the picked associate bat where they would in their normal line up. And that should go with all teams and that way it would most even teams possible on paper.

Not really cus we have 8 players from the Test sides, plus a couple UAE (Former Pakistan FC Batsmen), a half decent Nepal batsmen or a Oman batsmen that played club cricket at a high level in Pakistan. So they would bat at 9-11.

Bracken is far better a bowler than Malinga.

And I'd take Bond over Akhtar by quite some distance if both were fully fit.

I have to disagree on both counts.

Bracken has played 67 ODIs and taken 112 wickets strike rate 21.30 (or something nearer to that) . Economy rate 4.34 . Age 29 years (nearing 30) .

Malinga 36 ODIS has taken 57 wickets strike rate 24 something. Economy rate 4.80 .
Age 23 .

If you take the World Cup performances , Malinga has more wickets and better strike rate. Bracken has slightly better economy. There's not much in it. (Given Malinga's young age ...there's little doubt in my mind he will overtake Bracken's achievements reasonably quickly)

Akhtar when he is fit and free of the demons that sometimes possess him , is a wicket taking machine in ODIs ...When both (Akhtar and Bond) are fit, I would say there's not much between them, though I would still favour Akhtar.

Bond is the best OD bowler in the world for mine atm with Bracken a close second, imo. Malinga definitely has the capacity to overtake them in time though, tbf (say within the next year).

Bracken is definitely a top notch bowler with Malinga close behind.

Four Bangladesh rep's in the Twenty20 squad and just the one in the ODI squad. It seems everybody has forgotten about Shahriar Nafees.

Well the African twenty20 squad look quite poor in comparison to the asian twenty20 squad and expect the asain team to win the twenty20's quite easily. Having said that expect some stars to emerge from the african twenty20 team.
