Well I had my toughest game in the league stage, my PFLs are shot to pieces. Wish I'd have known the hits would be this stupid earlier. Oh well.

My II division looks totally wide open, virtually everyone could win it or get relegated.

Just saw that leagues were updated. Have been promoted to Div 4. Checked out the other teams squads and I'm the only team not to have any players of a 15k BT rating.

In fact, most of the other teams have at least four over 20k...

They (Big Hitters) get roughly these ratings:

Top Order: quality
Middle Order: competent
Lower Order: abysmal
Seam Bowling: proficient
Spin Bowling: competent
Fielding: feeble


Also means I get a PFL update in time.

My league's looking pretty good. There will basically be 5 of us competing for the top 4 positions, with the sixth struggling, while two others won't win a game the whole season. I should hopefully get 4th.

My league, the top 7 will be random, to who finished where, all very even.

Only changes to my league are the two auto-promotees. Badlands is a pretty decent well-rounded team (wonderful/prof batting, superb/superb bowling), but I'd like to think they won't pose too much of a threat. The Death Knights have a gun batsman and not too much else.

Should really win the league this season, but I probably said the same thing last time. Once I've got my fifth bowler I should have the strongest bowling attack in the league by a fair margin and a top order comparable to any of the others, though I won't have much of a middle order to speak of. Will have a better idea of where I stand after the first round clash against NorCricket.

Should finish 2nd last in my league and win only two games. I've got Xen Cobras (Xuhaib), he used to post here, his the only guy i can beat. Going to be a long season i reckon, apparently im in the 2nd hardest league in Sri Lanka after 1.1. Hopefully everyone ties against me and we can score over 200 in most games. My bowling attack is going to get the living crap smacked out of them. I do however have the 3rd best middle order my divison, most teams have a couple guns at the top and not much else. I guess that something positive for me.

Are YPs being suspended through the ageing (?) weekend? If not, delaying your YP until after Sunday then if you get a gun, they'll get an extra week of training surely?

Not looking forward to the wage update to be honest, going to have a few more people nearer to the 10k wage line which'll stop me making a profit every week without a home game. Not nearly as bad as Adam of course or others but still an irritance.

They're suspended until the Tuesday after the first training update, I believe.
