Not necessarily! Mashrafe has the Venom, but Shahadat still has the pace to undo the bastmen. No Mortaza, no Bangladesh. Indian batsmen to have a field day.
I disagree with that second statement, Shadhadat is a wicket taker. He isn't the most consistent or accurate bowler, but he can bowl some very good balls. I want to see more of him, he has genuine potential.Positive: Shahadat averages 139-140 kph!
Negetive: Not a genuine wicket taker!
Doubt it. We're getting WI vs England though.I suppose this isn't going to be on Foxtel?
Meh, I guess they have better things to show like vollyball and lawn bowl highlights from 1986.Doubt it. We're getting WI vs England though.
Meh.....consistency is needed to force the opposition on the backfoot fromt eh very first matchI disagree with that second statement, Shadhadat is a wicket taker. Out and out pace can do the same thing, although is generally less effective. Shadhadat can improve his consistency but I doubt whether Rasel will be able to up his pace significantly.Meh.....consistency is needed to force the opposition on the backfoot fromt eh very first match!.....I like him but he gives away quite a bit of runs - pretty much an opposite of Rasel in every manner
!!!!!
Rasel may touch the 135 max (has at time), but thats about it :P.....he is opposite of most fast or rather fast-medium bowlers, it's the slowness that works the best for himOut and out pace can do the same thing, although is generally less effective. Shadhadat can improve his consistency but I doubt whether Rasel will be able to up his pace significantly.
Indeed. Dire.I suppose this isn't going to be on Foxtel?
Haha. Seriously, if they want stability there, surely Rajin Saleh would be a better option. The selection of Javed in the one day sends the message "Well we may lose, but we won't be embarressed" - an attitude Bangladesh should be rid of by now. They shouild be looking to win each ODI - Javed is not the man for that.Javed Omar, what a gun.![]()
