Colts player ratings for OD game against Green
S. Jasotharan: 'Jaso's' on fire. He his second consecutive half century in this match and was punishing early on. Forming an excellent comibination with Hopgood that could force vice captain Towns down the order upon his return from the International competition. As the man has said himself he should be disapointed with not making his score a three figure one. 7/10
MR Hopgood: Followe up his debut century with a half century. Most likely the most impressive begin to a List A career by a Colts batsman in their history. In fantastic form at the moment, and will look to transfer that form into the first class arena. 8/10
A.S. Das: Finally 'Dasa' found the middle of his bat, and batted exceptionaly well. His method of the crease was, the only way to get back into form is to hit your way into form. His 39 runs included seven boundaries and came off 29 balls. He made sure Green couldn't get back into the mach after the impressive opening stand. 5/10
P. Bharat: Like 'Dasa', Bharat had been struggling for form this season. However, coming to the crease at 2/153 the pressure was off her and she found her rythum early and never let off, great display of batting to hit 77 off 76 which included seven boundaries and one six. 8/10
S.G. Fitzsimmons: Ensuring that the Colts didn't lose any momentum after losing wickets, 'Fitzy' ensured the run rate continued. 2/10
W.A. Kerr: Also, it was 'W.A.K.'s' job to make sure the scoreboard kept ticking over, and he went at a run a ball before getting out in the late overs. 2/10
M.W. Wilson: Mike ensured the Colts conculded their innings with authority, with an all mighty six. He was man of the match and bowled with great determination and took three wickets. 9/10
N. R. Hancock: Hancock's ten overs had everything, he was able to break the Green opening partnership and kept things tight when his captain needed him to. Having the best season of his career. 5/10
D. K. Rai: 'D.K.' looks better with every game. Again he didn't get a pitch that suited his bowling, but he bowled with good flight and had the batsmen second guessing themselves on regular occasions. He took an important top over wicket. 4/10
M. Shah: Again, Shah was impressive with the brand new white ball. He complemented his captain well and took an important top order wicket. Looking better with every outing. 3/10
K. S. Wright: Again, the Colts captain looked very impressive with the white ball in his hand. Along with Wilson he ensured the lower order didn't provide a Green comeback. Bowled the only maiden of the innings and kept things tight early that unltimately put too much pressure on the Green side in the later overs. 5/10
