Not to mention the current back 4.
The back four will be solid by the time we play Milan (though it would be better with Vidic, obviously), I'm more concerned about the actual lack of numbers rather than actual talent that looks set to be fit for Milan - any more injuries and we really are screwed, as we won't have four defenders.

If the defence still contains O'Shea, I'd be worried by the talent tbh.
Won't come Milan, barring any more injuries.

EDIT: Well, I can't second-guess Ferguson, but given who should be available I reckon it'll be Neville, Ferdinand, Brown, Evra/Heinze.

I know Heinze went off against Roma, but I can't for the life of me find out whether this was serious or not. Even if Heinze is injured, I reckon I'd still rather play Evra for the home leg though, offers more of an attacking edge and we need to take advantage of OT and try and murder them.

Spurs were completely outplayed in that first half except for the 3 minutes of injury time.

De Rossi's goal was due to defensive error really, but i guess at 5-0 that's understandable.

I hate the Liverpool fans of Norway with a passion.

Who in their right mind (and not possessing an English or Dutch passport) would broadcast Liverpool v PSV over Bayern Munich v Milan, if they had to pick one? Insane...
Does seem a bizarre call given the tie was dodo-like after the first leg.

Bad luck Spurts, by the way. You came second.

Corrado Grabbi once scored for Blackburn Rovers, the goal did not detract from the fact his ****e.
OTT what ever happened to him?

I knew he got sold to Ancona and then went arse up money wise and got shunted down the divisons, the last time I knew he was at Genoa when they got sent to Serie C1A.,

I'm wondering if Heinze will be given a shot in central defence, which is actually his preferred position. We could have Brown-Rio-Heinze-Evra, which is a way to keep O'Shea out of it. Having said that, 7-1 with O'Shea in defence says that it's not exactly a disaster.

Neville will be back.

Excellent, that's more recent than any report I've read on him so there you go. :)

I do wonder if Fletcher will be a possibility against Milan ahead of one of Scholes or Carrick. It'll be very interesting. Fletcher has always been labelled by the fans as a second rate player who is more suited to Serie A than the Premiership, and when facing Roma he did everything right... Scholes obviously not so much. I'd rather ensure that Scholes will be available for the final (ie, not get carded in the semifinal) and have Fletcher carry on where he left off at OT when we go up against the Italians.
