I hate the Liverpool fans of Norway with a passion.

Who in their right mind (and not possessing an English or Dutch passport) would broadcast Liverpool v PSV over Bayern Munich v Milan, if they had to pick one? Insane...

I'd blame Oyvind Leonhardsen for that.

Fuming at Jose Mourinho for announcing he will recall Hernan Crespo at the end of the season. FFS at some point he (Crespo) will probably start to wonder whether he is coming for going.

Interesting, despite being outplayed so far, AC are 2-0 up. Wouldn't mind playing them, they've been dire so far.
Dire so far, maybe, but Bayern haven't been dire and Milan managed to beat them 2-0 on the night. Always have to be careful in Europe - no team in the semifinals can really be called 'dire', can they?

Nah, I blame Ian Rush and Kenny Dalglish. Caused Liverpool to be the team every glory-hunter would support, and they're still fans now when they're in their thirties and prime marketing sheep.

Leonhardsen was a cracking player though. Couldn't do anything with the ball, ran forty miles a match to cover it up

Milan have been awful all season but over two legs with pound for pound the better squad and individuals whose to say they will not progress. Tactically you would suspect they will not be as naïve as AS Roma and they have the technical ability to play the game at their speed.

However, if Man Untied play at the level they did against Roma then they will win, for no team could have copped with such a performance. It wasn’t like AS just gave up, they had over fifteen shots on goal and the majority of the possession in the game but dealing with the likes of Ronaldo and Rooney is easier said than done. Should be a cracking game.

Scored the odd wonder goal.

Surely, Stig Inge Bjørnebye must have made some impact in encouraging Norwegian support for Liverpool, being the great left back he was. :)

That was hardly surprising was it. Perhaps the idea to sell Luis Boa Morte may or may not have been a wise one. At the sort of the season I wouldn't have tipped Fulham to go down, they don't have the greatest squad but it certainly isn't the worst one.
The sale of Boa Morte was made for financial reasons, Fulham could not afford or match Luis wage demands and he only had six months to run on his contract.

Must say I was surprised with Coleman's sacking, Fulham under Coleman at least tried to play good football and considering the resources Chris had I thought he did a marvellous job.

Same here. Their games are almost always exciting.

You're saying Milan have the better squad?

He scored, didn't he?

All our strikers are fit now, SAF just didn't want to bring in Saha too quickly and wanted Ole on the bench since he never seems to be the same player when he starts. Made sense to me.

Corrado Grabbi once scored for Blackburn Rovers, the goal did not detract from the fact his ****e.

He didn't play badly at all throughout the game, though, so obviously there was merit to it.

The only squad problems we have are that two of our first choice defenders are out injured, likely until the end of the season.

For sure, taking nothing for granted, but AFAIC Milan were extremely lucky to get past Bayern and were outplayed for huge periods, would rather play them than Byaren by a long way.
