What's a good point to stop training Elsewood? When his primaries are superb?
Now you've got him that far you may as well get him up to quality bowling, what with him being a decent bat, fielder, good stamina etc.

If you're double netting his bowling then make that remarkable bowling. Any other training (except stamina maybe) is just a luxury and down to whether you can afford that luxury or not.

Got him on one each of batting, bowling, fitness and fielding.

Yea, the thing with the fielding training is it's reasonably effective at a wide range of ages as opposed to primary nets which get less effective over time, so you can pretty much just give all-rounders a fielding net whenever it's convenient and you're not particularly losing out when you wait.

Personally I'd give the fielding a rest while his PFL is so bad, then bring it back later next season when you're out of the cup or when his stamina training finishes as that'll help a lot with the PFL recovery.

quite a useful training for whenuapai. 4 pops in total -

Steven Sweeney - 21 yo, BT Rating=32,799
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
A destructive player with mediocre leadership skills and mediocre experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: abysmal

Sweeney will reach respectable stamina next week. Aww yeah

A defensive player with abysmal leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: abysmal

Vermaak is closing in on wonderful bowling. About 3 weeks to go, which should coincide with his pop to respectable consistency.

Tim Morrison - 19 yo, BT Rating=42,833
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A steady player with mediocre leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: proficient
Batting: remarkable Concentration: superb
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: respectable
Fielding: worthless

Jason Duggan - 21 yo, BT Rating=89,976
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A steady player with feeble leadership skills and respectable experience.
Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: sensational Concentration: sensational
Bowling: woeful Consistency: superb
Fielding: strong

Will be Duggan's last pop for a while. He is still about 12 weeks from exquisite batting. I'd be guessing something similiar till he reaches exquisite concentration.

hmm...

Stamina - 77
Batting - 84
Bowling - 57
Fielding - 50
Cons - 162

My Keeper is 9 (strong), so you could perhaps take my fielding down to 47. Not sure if anyone figured out a rule there. I'm not sure when I last posted such information so I can't say how bigger improvements we've in recent times.

and the older the player, the quicker it pops for Cons/Conc right?
Yep.

In other news, given that Canning should hopefully pop to exceptional bowling next week, and remarkable batting won't be far off at all, when do you guys reckon I should stop training him? He's getting three nets at the moment, one batting, one bowling, one fielding. I was thinking that I might stop his batting at remarkable and just leave him on one bowl, one field, but any suggestions are welcome. For the record, he looks like this:

Gavin Canning - 20 yo, BT Rating=72,059
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: quality Concentration: superb
Bowling: wonderful Consistency: quality
Fielding: mediocre
