Well it doesn't really make much difference either way tbh. The Superb leader should be close to abysmal experience if he has captained your side for 24 games but the Prof/Fee gives some captaincy experience I think they would both be pretty similar tbh.

Well you could sell him, but he is pretty close to proficient. If you've got the net space, you could train him to prof and then sell him. I'm not sure how your batting is, but I think it'd be too much of a hassle to keep him, cause you'd have to get the stamina up a lot.

I would train him on 2 batting and one stamina atleast. I would be suprised if you many trainees with better potential look at your side TBH.

Didn't think I had much hope in my friendly, the opposition was 3/249 chasing 259 to win, with 2.5 overs left, then this happened;

47.4 	W	Barton to Angel
 	 	East is under it, it's going to be difficult but he's positioned himself well...and he takes a glorious catch just inside the ropes! Angel shakes his head in sheer disbelief as he trudges back to the pavilion.
47.3 	W	Barton to Mulligan
 	 	His concentration has let him down there, pathetic effort from Mulligan off what was an average delivery. That won't matter to Barton though, a wicket's a wicket.
47.2 	W	Barton to Nickson
 	 	Stupid run there. Nickson was nowhere near the crease. Now he's got dust all over his jumper, his mother won't be happy.

Next two balls went for 4 and 1, leaving 5 off 2 overs. Then;

 	 	Hough dabs a length delivery towards mid wicket and sets off for a single. Sangha moved to his right, got down swiftly onto the ball and released it quickly. It was bang on target and the batsmen was just caught short.
48.4 	W	Lambert to Calvert
 	 	Calvert goes for a pull shot, top edges it over and behind Lindani who runs back, waits for the swirling ball to come down and holds a tumbling catch.
48.3 	W	Lambert to Clarke
 	 	Clarke was mystified as the ball shot at him, he didn't have enough time to react and the ball strikes the middle of his pads, great bowling!
48.2 	.	Lambert to Clarke
 	 	Big shout for caught behind! The umpire isn't impressed. Not out.
48.1 	W	Lambert to Etherington
 	 	Etherington couldn't help but push his bat at that one and he's nicked it. Gone

Just sold Thatcher for 164k. He was 18, superb captain, resp/woe bat with mediocre stamina. I picked him up last season for 30k and gave him a few weeks worth of nets, so I'm fairly happy with that. It means I'm a batsman down, so a comp/med from the Div 5 days will have to fill in until I can buy myself someone better.
