Round 5 ticks by. Further wins for cometer & myself to maintain our 100% records, but once again Somerset has the round's highest total with an impressive 105 (as the man himself prohesised).

Elsewhere our resident League expert Simon has too much for Sam Vimes, Matteh overcomes one of The Others to go one better than last week's draw, Cloete cops a hiding from another Other & poor old steds is still pointless.

The Chiefs & The Crusaders on the bye this week, so you might wanna sub any of their players 'cos they won't be scoring you any points.

It's starting to look like a four-horse race as Round 6 ticks by. Cometer & myself register wins to keep up our respective perfect starts and just behind Somerset this year's star other make it four from five to keep the pressure on.

Elsewhere our resident slumming NRL bod Simon moves up to fifth with a thumping win over Marc & steds finally registers some points, securing a share of the spoils with one of the others in a low-scoring draw.

Quite frankly the fact i'm ahead of anyone baffles me...

Did much better than I initially predicted so happy with the win. Got the highest scoring "other" this week so need a good round. Only have McAlister, Toeava and Bruce in my side that are guaranteed non-starters.

Took a risk by including Donald as my kicker instead of heading back to Brett.

Got 31 points from him, mainly through two tries so got the points I wanted but not quite in the way I expected! Having Masaga as captain didn't really pay off unfortunately.

However he scored them, he scored enough: Somerset downs our star Other with the week's highest total. At the top I lose my lead as I'm held to a draw by another Other, allowing cometer to take first spot with a win over (yes) yet another Other.

Elsewhere Simon continues his good form with a win over steds, Matteh beats still another Other to climb up to eighth, Sam Vimes doubles his points for the season by beating our fifth and final Other & marc & Cloete play out a low-scoring draw.

Big game this week - Fen Brumbies vs Somerset, I get the impression it may throw the loser out of contention for the whole competition.

My "Sportal" form seems pretty good as a whole really - I'm currently leading the cricket league I'm in with 20 managers or so.

Yep, our man Somers is red-hot just now, but his 76 isn't quite the round's highest; that honour falling to cometer with 79. Wins for all last week's top 4, but Simo goes down to an Other, allowing another Other to take fifth spot from him.

Elsewhere Matteh goes down to another Other (his total of -2 points surely the lowest ever... ) & steds finally records his first win, thrashing Cloete 70-17.
