If what is being reported is right then Lille administrators need shooting.

To have more people in a stand than there are seats is shocking. Then when people are quite obviously scared, you don't flippin' hit them with tear gas and batons and push them back into where the trouble is happening. Some guy on ITV said that one of the injured fans was a kid with head injuries.

Honestly, I think we have the best police in the world at dealing with hooligans. Granted they've had a lot of practice but least our coppers don't try and kill people when there's trouble.

From my understanding, as the attacking team you can either:

1) Ask for the ten yards at which point you have to wait for the referee's whistle.
2) Don't ask for the ten yards which they didn't need to because Lille were quite far back and then you don't need to wait for the whistle.

That's what I remember from MOTD when Henry did it a couple of times.
