Imagine the hype if Flintoff produced the kind of knock Afridi just did.

He's been banned several times and created new accounts.
Several is something of an understatement.

Seriously, he must have had more accounts than alexkumar (5 so far as I know) and amits (God-knows-how-many) by now.

Maybe we should have a specific thread in SD detailing all his identities - just for quick-reference - if this goes on much longer.

What did he get banned for?8-) .I can imagine.......irrelevant and pointless threads.
Basically just general stupidity - the main thing I'd imagine being without-fail negativity towards England. Added, of course, to Afridiism.

It must have been the last two because if banning were based purely on idiocy, you'd have been bombed sometime around November of '03.

I would like to accept the position of BLE detector, and would like pasag and Richard to be my sidekicks. Nice pic saggers.
I nominate an honourary custom-title of said legend for yourself.

Zac can do the pic-finding, I can do the incessant posting of them. ;)

We know how to spot a Shane_Warne\BLE by now... and this account was created just after his God J one was banned.
I think it might've been created slightly before.

TBH, his posting patterns (time-wise) have seemed to match that of someone in England, as well as him commenting a lot about Sky's coverage.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Pre-empting it!

Maybe he works night-shifts in Victoria? ;) FS did have the Sky feed in 2005, dunno if he made any comments about the just-gone series as BLE?

Seriously - it doesn't really matter a jot where he's from, his attitudes are pretty blatant.

What do you mean by talent?.What makes even Alex Tudor more "talented" than Hoggard.
Alex Tudor had more talent in his left foot, than Sajid mahmood, Plunkett, Tremlett and co.

He was the real deal. Had it all.. Including injury troubles unfortunately

84 off 60 compared to 77 off 35??

come on man

Many batsman in the world can make 84 off 60...

Sehwag, Gilchrist, Dhoni, Boucher, Gibbs, Pieterson etc.

but 77 off 35... You're looking at Afridi, and Jayasuriya.

Particularly against an attack featuring Pollock, Ntini, Kallis and co

I can confirm to you here and now that Tom Wilson made a century off 34 balls 3 seasons ago.

Difference between Flintoff and Afridi - Flintoff did it chasing and saw his side home. Massive difference, and more than compensates for the difference between balls.

to be honest, it wouldn't hav mattered if he was batting first or second really, afridi would have played the same.

Afridi has made some fast and big scores batting second too.

Just to add a bit more to the almost-extinct debate, make sure there's no confusion, and to weed out anyone who thinks otherwise:

Pietersen's batting in ODIs >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Afridi's batting in ODIs
