That lbw was very, very close again.Seems strange the umpire didn't even consider it.Flintoff can just plant his pad with not a big stride on the wicket right in front of middle and get away with it?.

Reasonable knock from Collingwood so far. Wouldn't get too excited yet mate
Even if he got out right now, I think it would be fair to say he got England out of serious trouble - which is precisely what you predicted wouldn't happen.

Vettori has been really a let down for the black caps in this game and even in the last game. Bond back into the attack crucial spell this from him.

Hey guys is it just me or are you guys finding it funny to see all these blokes, playing with bats having these pink grips.
I thought they were only there on GARY NICHOLAS bats.

He wont though. He's a very, very, very ordinary cricketer. Not quite as bad as Cameron White, but up there
He's done it plenty of times recently. Tell that to India, England and the West Indies in the CT and DLF Cup, or the World XI even.

Anyway, speaking of Watson, Mark Gillespie really reminds me of him as a bowler. Similar pace, both read way quicker on the speed gun than they look, both quite accurate but do very little with the ball. Fairly similar actions too.

This pitch looks a belter. 320's par I reckon.
It's definitely a belter, but it's pretty rare that 320 is a par score on any pitch, given that it's a virtually impossible target to chase down and hardly anyone ever manages it.

If England make 275+ it's an even game for mine, with England getting to bowl in the evening and New Zealand's top order not in the best touch. Obviously it's a chasable target, but there's always the chance for early wickets. You'd hope NZ could chase down anything in the 250-260 range on a pitch like this, though.

Ok fiery thanks for letting me know that mate! I know its for a good cause but still men and pink are not the ideal combo. But then it just is the symbolic colour of a metrosexual man.
