If you're lucky you might get better, but then you could wait for the perfect bargain for months and not find it. Most people won't bother taking much notice of 21, but being 21 instead of 22 or 23 is quite an added bonus really. It also means you could train them up to sensational/exquisite whatever without going to elite + 1 or something concentration (the 'elite' puts people off usually).Would i get better for that kind of money?
