its the best hes looked in a long timeFor 1 over he did. Took 18 off Bracken. Apart from that he was still looking pretty scratchy

??If New Zeaand get 300 I will bend over put my head through my legs and kiss my ass
Yeah, he'd average 20.1 - which is what he averages when he comes in with 20+ overs to go in the innings. Why do you guys always have to compare players (Oram v Watson debate)?
Batting wise:
Watson unlike Oram has opened the batting for his country, therefore getting opportunity to dictate scoring as he pleases. When Watson bats down the order he has a decent foundation to bat from and can feel free to play his shots. Whereas Oram has not opened the batting, has had a career dogged by injury, often comes in and has to push the run rate to get New Zealand to anywhere near a decent score and often fails. He has limited opportunity but if he came in further up the order when there is less pressure and he can dictate the scoring and get his eye in his average would likely be higher than the current 19.4 ish.
I dunno mate. That's a very good question. It's ridiculous to compare the two...because Oram's a far better cricketer.......( bracing myself for oncoming onslaught from the fresh Prince)Why do you guys always have to compare players (Oram v Watson debate)?

Voltman... I stick up for my fellow countrymen even if it's blatantly obvious that they're ****e. I'll continue to do it till the day I die. I even went into bat for Carl Bulfin, Richard de Groen, Petrie, Heath Davis, Matthew Bell and Michael Papps when foreigners were giving them heaps. It's part of my make-up as a Black Cap supporter and I'm too old to change.Lone and losing, it seems. Pity I agree with very few of your points.
Thanks sportychic33 Someone agrees with me. Woohoo!Yep totally agree, Oram is a far better cricketer. Transformed himself from a top order bat into an allrounder, and been through more injury challenges than Watson.
Really? You should look through some of post history, and I only seem to post when defending OramWoo, didn't expect that. Thanks sportychic
Well, yes, but it's your stance on Hayden that I take real issue with.Voltman... I stick up for my fellow countrymen even if it's blatantly obvious that they're ****e. that has to be some kind of record for the black caps at the moment. it's great to see. hopefully it can continue and we can put up a decent performance.100 up.. only 1 down
Good on ya! Keep up the good work.Really? You should look through some of post history, and I only seem to post when defending Oram
