unfortunatelly i missed it.

Yeah I saw it, some big hitting. One over off Cosgrove was murderous. Two lost balls. Three dropped catches in that partnership though, and two of them were sitters really.

Interesting to note the crowd attendance really isn't all that special. Certainly not full or anything like it.

Yeah Zard's sixes were impressive. Will be a big win for VIC as the ball is swinging lots now so SA are having troubles scoring runs...

I hate these nicknames they have on the player shirts and also they are all crap.

Anybody with a quarter of a brain could come up with "Boof", "Ryano", "Coz", "DC" etc. try and come up with something better.

Great to see christian get a 3 for his batting has gone off a bit lately,but still in his first year a great prosepct and powerful hitter,would be 1 of my first picks for the academy this year.He may be wearing green and gold one day and he has done more than the highly noted henriques.

Hey its his first year give him a break,over time he will bowl more for NSW,that was his first ever bowl for NSW.The guy is a prospect some day may play for australia the more options he has with the bat and ball the more useful he is as a future aussie cricketer,he is only a young fella' you know.

No, he actually bowled an over in a Ford Ranger Cup game recently. It got hit for a few but everyone was getting belted at the time and he generated good pace and looked a good bowler to be honest. I have no idea why Thornely bowls so many overs and Dan never gets a look-in.

I'm not reading too much (actually, at all) into his Twenty20 bowling feats but he definitely should be bowling a lot more than he is.
