Yes for a few reasons

- Lillee is significantly better at his wicket-taking rate and Ambrose encountered issues with his penetration later half his career whereas Lillee was successful throughout

- Ambrose doesn't have any real advantage over Lillee as far as success across countries and conditions. Outside Aus and Eng it's a mixed bag. He doesn't even take 4WPM at home.

- Lillee is just a more skilled bowler and IMO will try harder for wickets if conditions aren't to his liking whereas Ambrose is likely to just keep it in the corridor and hold an end.

Ambrose pretty much has his ATG record in Aus that is his main selling point but it's not enough.
