Yet another "bid for position" draft

We've done it for Test teams and for ODI teams: who's up for a T20 "bid for position" draft?

Also, any views on whether picks should be restricted to people who've played T20s/T20Is?

(Rules for a "bid for position" draft are:
- Everyone taking part has $1,000,000 to bid with
- You then use this to bid (in a silent auction - i.e. bids are e-mailed to me) for your positions in the draft.
