according to the complaint at least he threatened the aunt of the alleged victim who was the one attempting to file the complaint against his (shah’s) friend, which is a sick thing to do still but it doesn’t make him a rapist. yes i get that, if true, it’s just as morally bleak, but it still doesn’t render him an actual rapist.
