I think he's turning over a new leaf. Good for himNo Imran Khan?!?!?

Vijay Merchant FTW. An oft-forgotten brilliant but fairly anonymous nonetheless player.BTW, BPS's list is PDG.
I read where he was hit in the mouth, spat some teeth out, brushed them off the pitch with his bat and faced up againVijay Merchant FTW. An oft-forgotten brilliant but fairly anonymous nonetheless player.
No-one who's played more than a handful comes so close to Bradman's First-Class record, averaging in the 70s, and despite playing most of his Test cricket in his late 30s still averages "only" 47 there, which I think is a remarkable achievement.
Very probably IMO the fourth giant along with Hammond, Bradman and Headley of that time.
I was cleaned up once, could not wait to get off the field tbhNever heard that before TBH - shows Botham wasn't the first to do it if so tho.
Don't know what I feel more though - sick at the thought of that happening or admiration for Vijay at doing that.
Michael Vaughan and Ashwell Prince (of the top of my head). Sure there must be many moreA question: is there a batsmen other than Bradman who has played more than 20 tests and has more centuries than fifties? Headley seems to have too.
But thumbs down for no Hammond....BTW Bhupinder... for including Trumper, Grace and Headley.
Although I fear Archie Mac will want to know why Clem Hill was left out.
Vaughany? Ain't that a kick in the head...Michael Vaughan and Ashwell Prince (of the top of my head). Sure there must be many more
