I'd say Nepal. Netherlands don't have enough actual Dutchies in the team to get to Test status I think, Scotland still don't seem to developing that quickly. Nepal has the size and interest in the game to eventually get to Afghanistan/Bangaldesh sort of levels I think.

Yeah this was my thinking too. There's a level of interest there which is actually sustainable.

I do think Nepal will be the next full member. I've said so for years, and their recent improvements on the field have been encouraging.

Whether "full member" and "Test Nation" are actually the same thing then is a harder question I think.

Imagine how far you could hit one out of the screws at Kathmandu

I reckon that things might be aligning for Namibia to make a real push in 2027. The real issue for me is the separation of Test status (as a purely on field thing) from full membership in the ICC (as a sports governance question)
