There arent even any floodlights yet in Englands test grounds... (which can of course now be used to help in tests).. The grounds are lower capacity aswell... Im not sure how the practice facilities compare, but the pitches lag behind in England to those in Aus/SA... And anywhere where they charge an arm and a leg to get in, and then stop you waveing a flag doesn't deserve to be called the "home of cricket" in this era...PY said:Quickly forgetting the place of your residence and the home of cricket.

MCG probably isn't availble due to ground works (installing athletics track etc) for the Commonwealth Games.
