What if a shot going for 4 interfered by the spectators ?

So basically the batting team can hire some guys to run onto field and interfere with play whenever they need a boundary.
In the unlikely event of that happening the umpires would likely implement Law 43 and come to a sensible conclusion - probably including a report to the organising body and resultant penalties.

Happened in the 94/95 Ashes, late day 3 off David Boon's cut shot, kid ran onto the WACA and stopped the ball way inside the boundary to stop Chris Lewis running it down.
