I think the idea of a mid-season trade is a good one...teams can be strengthed for the second half of the season and players who are not performing can be dropped.

As for the forced reports...I am against this idea. I think it's harsh to say three strikes and you're out....maybe another way of punishing those (myself included) who fail to submit reports can be worked out...

Just to clear things up enforced reporting was only a suggestion to be introduced and would not have even been thought of if some people posted a bit more then just their weekly team....

Megan, we dont want to punish people, the game is for fun, we would much prefer to come up with something that people would enjoy doing to get everyone more involved.
As Marc said, making people do reports wont be brought in, but it would be good to see the majority of matches reported on, even if it is only 1 manager from each game doing a report.

Basically as Broncoman said we would just like to increase involment of the managers, out of the 30 managers we have the vast amount just come here and post their 11 names and that's all we see of them until next week. We understand that you all have other things to do and time might be a problem in some cases, but I guess alot of you couldn't name half your fellow managers without looking at the site

So the idea of forcing reports was a way of making sure that the team posters did a bit more around here, obviously no one really likes that so what would you all like? only a small handfull took up last season's design a website for your team to link to the site.

It's the same in any club or organisation anywhere. A few put in all the hard work while most sit back and enjoy the fruits of their labours. That's life!

It wont be possible because we all live too far away from each other! :P

I know I may or may not be the only one,but I would really like finances to be included.Not in the betting kind of way,but in a totally different way.I will discuss stuff with Rich who is online now and update you guys soon.

Thanks for clearing that up guys...I know I have been quiet of late but My Grandfather has been ill and I am in the middle of moving...

I didn't make a website for the sole reason that I have no idea how to do it not because I wasn't interested...if someone could teach me the basics of website design, I would love nothing more than to make one....

How would you work out which manager was to do which game though??

Mid season trades idea sounds good as long as that vc4 problem is sorted..

Season cut to 20 sounds good aswell , cause now its going long etc

I dont want to see wcc expand more to be realistic , it seems pretty awesome like it at the moment...

And the strikes system for not posting teams should be worked out so long term members get a better offer.. or something close

20 what is it? Doesn't seem too long to me...
Any shorter and teams cannot be built properly and averages are more hit and miss.
