should have been 50, the FA cup isnt played in 60 minute halves is it?!?! and its still exciting, (to an extent)

No but the County championship used to(Not sure if they still do) played a 60 over competition and a 40 over one (From memory)....

My format

At the start of the season an Academy qualifier: 2 groups of 5 winner of each game through to the main part.

Then straight knockout-40 overs to the final.

if your going to go 60 why not go 100? and every player but the keeper must bowl 10 overs

because the VC4 sim only allows 1d matches up to 60 overs, for those who dont know, bowlers will be allowed to bowl 12 overs each in these matches...
