Pffft...I suppose I really should vote as per my ratings as opposed to more strategically :p

Congrats OS, thoroughly deserved victory that!

Turns out my ratings & ranking were pretty much spot-on with OS winning and J_C coming 2nd, except that I was wrong about KK getting his obligatory Silver or Bronze this time around....

Here's the winning side along with my review of it prior to the vote-off.....

1st place (with 7.75/10);

OS XI

Mark Waugh (6)
Saeed Anwar
Damien Martyn
Doug Walters
AB de Villiers
Andrew Flintoff (3)
Tony Greig (4) (c)
Chris Read (wk)
Brad Hogg (5)
Lasith Malinga (2)
Glenn McGrath (1)

Lots to love about OS's XI. At first glance he looks to have most bases covered. 3 bonafide ATGs in McGrath, Flintoff & AB, along with some greats of their own eras in Anwar & Waugh Jr.

Batting: Wonderful left right opening combo of Waugh & Anwar (one of the most underrated ODI players of all time), the classy Martyn at 3 and some real hitting strength in the middle with AB, Freddy & Tong Greig.

Overall batting 8/10

Bowling: Great opening attack of McGrath and Malinga, with Freddy (one of the best yorker exponents I've seen) at first change, the handy Brad Hogg & the difficult to hit Tong Greig.

Overall bowling 7.5/10

Overall rating: 7.75/10

Watson - Will I leave it to you to update the Draft Honours board?
