Thought it's about time for another update. Looks like a good week for the struggling teams as Kyle's Wolves thrash Blewy's Tigers & Jack's Orthoff shade Cloete's Roar in a proper old-fashioned arm wrestle. Altoz takes advantage of Blewy's reverse to climb into second with a win over stedly's rapidly plummeting Lyons & Norway's leading NRL authority is now in the 8 at Clutey's expense thanks to a solid victory over Clapo.

With 5 rounds left of the regular season I've already secured my berth in the play-offs () , but everyone down to Kyle in 14th could still join me. Although he would need miracle...

Not doing too badly. In positive as far as points difference works out and not last.

Dissapointed to have lost my game with Brumby a week ago, but being in the second place is a great honour TBH.

Thought I'd try to get back to weekly updates as we're approaching the business end of the season.

My Fen Dragons wallop Kyle's Wolves to end his already distant play-off hopes, Altoz holds steady in second as he thumps Craigos's SuperInternazionale Bemenata, Blewy downs Team Matteh to hold onto third, but Clapo's Cavs beat Blaze's Orcas to allow Speirz's Knights to climb into fourth. Clutey's Roar shade Vimesy's Vikings by two points, but the Norwayanese challengers remain in the 8 on points difference & steds & Simon reignite play-off hopes with wins over vic & Pinchy respectively.

With four rounds of the regular season left I can secure the minor premiership if I take at least a point from Matteh or if Altoz fails to beat vic.

Cheers for that BB. After hearing that Gasnier might be playing next week i quickly got him as i was still clear of 4 players in my initial squad, so not a big loss if he doesn't play but if he does its a bonus i suppose.

I thought I was a chance at 12-12, but Stutney (or whatever they're called) were just too good. Hoping they go out early in the finals tbh.

Not bad for a Pom, eh? Thanks to their win over Team Matteh Stuntney secure the minor premiership for the Fens this year. Altoz kept me honest with a win over vic's Orthoff which keeps his Manjunath alternative in second. In the big 3rd v 4th clash Speirz's Knights stun Blewy's Tigers & climb above them in the table. Craigos beats Pinchy to move up to fifth as Blaze's Orcas go down to Clutey's Roar & Clapo's Cavs lose to Wrighty's Wolves, who have found some impressive late season form a little too late. Making up the 8 are Sam Vimes's Vikings who thrash stedly's Lyons to leave their play-off hopes hanging by a thead.

With now only 3 rounds remaining we now know that Team Matteh & Pinchinators Pinchi'z won't make the 8 and steds really needs to beat Blaze this week to keep his hopes alive.

Not a great week for the leading clubs. Altoz goes down to Sam Vimes's Vikings, Blewy's Tigers are whipped by Simon's PSV, Craigos's SuperInternazionale Bemenata are held by vic's struggling Orthoff & in the big 1st v 3rd clash my minor premiers shade speirz's Knights.

Steds's defeat to Blaze's Orcas means there'll be no Lyons in this year's play-offs & Team Matteh stun Clapo's Cavs, meaning the latter drop out of the 8 with Simon's PSV replacing them. Kyle's red-hot Wolves notch another victim, downing Clutey's Roar to lift themselves up to 13th above Pinchinators Pinchi'z who suffer a reverse against Anthony's basement-dwellers.

Despite the defeat Altoz is now assured of a play-off spot & it's six from eight to join him and me in those finals.

Wahey a win. Could get ahead of Steds with that postive points difference as well.

The results for the penultimate week are up & a few issues have been resolved. Now guaranteed to be joining Altoz & me in the play-offs are: speirz, whose Knights defeated Clapo's Cavs; Blewy, who downed Pinchy; Craigos, whose SuperInternazionale Bemenata beat Anthony's low-flying Eagles; & Sam Vimes whose Vikings thrashed vic's lowly Orthoff.

Six decided; two spaces remain. Of the contenders as already mentioned Clapo came unstuck against speirz with Blaze's Orcas & Simon's PSV going down to Altoz & me respectively. The only winners being Clutey's Roar who defeated Team Matteh. Elsewhere Kyle's Wolves continue their great run of late to beat stedly's Lyons, whose from has disappeared along with their play-off hopes.

Looking ahead to the weekend's final round we have a massive potential winner-takes-all clash between PSV & The Cavs, Clutey's Roar face speirz's 3rd-placed Knights, whilst Blaze's Orcas appear to have a slightly easier match-up with vic's Orthoff. A win would effectively see Blaze qualify & even a defeat may be enough if results go his way; Simon must beat Clapo & hope Clutey doesn't win by five or more points than he does; Clutey needs to win by either five points more than Simon or hope Clapo gets up; & Clapo needs to beat Simon & hope Clutey loses.

Had a look at Alternative's team and we have buckley's of winning this week, good thing we don't need the win to make the 8. Pressure is off us.
