Unrealistic Player Retirements in ICC 2005

Can I just ask why we are on this subject in this thread? The subject is Unrealistic Player Retirements not why Collingwood is crap. I believe that might be on afl.com.au or something. I love footy as much as any Australian but I love my cricket too and at this present time, cricket is the sport til the pre-season competition.
So, on the subject, the oldest player I have seen was 40 and he was massively deteriorating in form. His salary went from 70,000 to 40,000 to 25,000.

I have no idea what's going on but wow, I love ICC now. All the players play for MUCH longer, and hence can become perminent fixtures in your side for a longer period.
