I can't believe I ate the whole thing
With multiple draft picks in one round, will the second pick of a teams be after the rest of teams have gotten their primary pick? I.e. if you're 5th in the order with 2 picks, your second pick is number 17 in the order, after everyone else?

No, when you are trading a team for their pick you take their position. Eg if you have Warwickshire's 2nd round draft pick you pick 2nd in their place as thats where they were going to pick.
