Top 5 test cricketers since 1970

Johan

International Captain
Not in Top 5 imo

Warne’s batting isn’t that special. So don’t see the need to mention him alongside a Imran or Kallis.
Warne is practically the tied #1 spinner of all time, but could bat well enough to support the batters on the other end and had a technique to survive while the batter adds runs, was great at the slip and was an elite tactician like Miandad, definitely the greater Cricketer.

DrWolverine

International Debutant
I don’t have him in my Top 5 bowlers in last 50 years.

I gave a special mention to Imran Khan and Jacques Kallis because they are two of the best ARs

then again, Viv also has these advantages, better bowler, elite fielder and a good captain.

Chrish

International Debutant
No particular order:

Viv
Imran
Kallis
Sachin
Marshall

Some other day, could have gone for McGrath over Kallis.
