Of course, the greatest 7-fer in test history was taken by TOTAB in Sydney against the mighty West Indies side in 88-89. He should have bowled more.
He didn't want to ruin the contest by being too dominant. A real great of the game.

Best batsman to not score a ton?

I think Bevan was probably the best overall, but Bruce Laird probably had the best Test 'career' out of specialist batsmen to not score a ton.

Tendulkar's probably the best batsman to never

1. Score 100s in each innings in a Test
2. Score more than 500 runs in a series
3. Score more than 2 100s in a series

Who is the best limited overs player not to win the World cup? Brian Lara?
And who is the worst to win? Sure there are many contenders but Joginder Sharma?

Who's the worst bowler to get a test 7-for? And are part timers included? For specialists I think Chris Pringle would be a good bet, maybe Jason Krezja. As for the best to never get a 7-for, gotta be Joel Garner.
Mike Whitney managed to take 7 wickets in an innings twice in just 12 Tests, yet his overall average was 33.97

Despite taking over 40 wickets twice in a series, Terry Alderman never took 7 wickets in an innings.

not saying Kasper was bad but he can count himself lucky he managed to get two 7 fers in the limited tests he played considering his whole career overlapped with McGrath and Warne, and most of it with Lee, Dizzy, MacGill and Fleming

Speaking of Brett Lee, he actually never took 6 wickets in a Test innings (let alone 7). Remarkably, his best ODI bowling figures are better than his best Test figures.

Also never took 10 wickets in a Test.

yeah was thinking about Brett Lee too. Was he the best to never take 6? Or at least the most accomplished? I bet it bothered him to no end

Worst player to win 3 world cups?

Ricky Ponting?

Glenn McGrath probably the best player to win 3 world cups. Or maybe Gilchrist.

Steve Waugh should have had 3. Def deserved to be there in 03 over Harvey/Hogg(no offence to them) and well i'm sure his inclusion would have hardly been a detriment to us

I had a look at some of the names I wasn't familiar with to back up that claim and Charles Kellaway (who I clicked on as a possible norounder candidate) has an extremely good record.

Which leads me to me stating that Kellaway is the finest player who lacks a cricinfo profile.
