The Warm-Ups...

International Captain
Wahey, Wright's finally realised that to score runs he needs to get bat on ball. Four runs.

There we go, Wright's starting to go now, DLF MAXIMUM........:p He'll be out in a minute.

Don't think we will be seeing many sides bowl full or good length to Wright. Back of a length or short and he's clueless

WI give Bopara his mandatory life :)

Meanwhile, Wright continues to look so out of his depth it isn't funny. We might as well open with Swann if we want to make room for an extra bowler. Nine overs gone, and he's scoring at under 5-an-over. Not nearly good enough when his job is to smash the cover off the ball or get out trying. He'll cost us games at this rate.

EDIT
Predictable that Wright would smash 3 consecutive sixes whilst I typed the above. Ah well.

I quite like Wright as a player, not saying he's brilliant but i like him.
Too often he gets out in the early stages where he struggles to score so when you look at the score card he ends with 12(20) or 7(7) scores etc but once he gets through he looks a much better player.

I think a lot of players would look top class if you discounted all the times they got out for less than 20 to be fair.

He's clearly talented and has a lot of shots when he gets started.

It just his brain that lets him down.
