Yesterday, Dave Watt announced his resignation of the captaincy to Reds management committee. The committee would like to thank Dave Watt for his efforts as captain and wish him well for his future with Reds and CW XI.

The committee would also like to announce Watt's successor as wicketkeeper-batsman Håkon Mørk, and wish the best of luck to Mr. Mørk

I like to take a moment to thank Dave for his efforts as captain during my time at the club. He gave me a lot oppurtunity then i deserved and made my time at the club very enjoyable. He might have not have been as active as he would like in the later part of his captaincy, but get a brillant job at the start and really put his heart and soul into the job. Playing under him i learnt a lot and hopefully i can transfer that into my current job as national coach.

Good luck Hak in new role, very much deserved after all the years of service you gave to the club. I presume you guys will be naming OD captain, some time soon?
