He stepped down. He was really quite busy - I think he was constantly away during the week with his job and decided that it was in the best interests of the team for him to step down.

He's still part of the leadership group (as far as I'm aware), and he's still an active member anyway.

I stood down for a number of reasons - 1 being that my absence from the Reds with the XI meant I didn't feel right coming in and taking over.

I really dont think it would , no nagging, no controversy, CW would become much of a boring place, methinks.
