Well done to all who recieved awards, a tough season on the field, but off the season we managed to come out relatively unscathed (unlike season 7!)

Steds - the unsung player, always does his bit on the field (whether it be keeping it real tight in FC or having at go at the opening bowlers in 1D) a well deserved winner of the Captains Award.

Marc, any chance of getting the use of the CW Bar for a night - we've got to have a end of season windup :D

Great season by a lot of people, I think we did well as a team but just couldn't do enough in the middle of the season. Congrats to all award winners, especially Sean and Rob! Good work

*Curls up into a ball and bawls about lack of trophies and not winning an award*

Firstly a bit've a shock to be up here accepting this award considering i missed about 15 matches due to injury... However i think it must be noted that Dauth probably woulda won this but it's only cos he's ineligible due to his winning of the overall award. A huge congratulations there man!

Let's pick up the act next year boys and really look towards the goal of making some finals and winning some trophys.

Actually there was no limitation on it - you won it fair and square.

Nah Ian, I think I was lucky to win the 1D Batsman of the season - had you played any more games you would have won that too. You thoroughly deserved. Meanwhile, honoured to have one OD Batsman and Overall Player of the season, it's truly an honour in my first season, well done to Hakon with a well deserved 5D batsman award, averaging over 40 with the bat whilst keeping is an awesome effort. Dave, you didnt take as many wickets as other bowlers but your average was great and you stormed home at the end.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be Ian or I for the batsman award, as he's probably the best OD batsman going around. Borcich, a wonderful debut season with the ball, well deserved.

Stoked with the awards, but it was definitely due to the guidance from the experienced players in the side, ie; Ian, Hak, gave me some pointers - Steds and Dave for bowling at me in the nets ;)

Haha, nah, but it wasn't the best of the seasons for us - let's hope next season we can improve.

GO REDS!!!

Yeah, it's a career based move, along with the Reds looking like a very nice club, with a very good team spirit (and cheerleading squad)

The plan ATM, is that when Morky has to go and play big league ball (Tests) I will keep for you lot :p
