More than slightly. You're talking one of the very best teams of all-time topped up with two magnificent all-rounders and two fearsome quicks. No offence it's a no-brainer. The Aus/SA side would take a series comfortably.

You'd expect Warne to be a fair bit less effective against that lineup and you have the likes of Laxman performing above their career average (kind of balanced out by Waqar, Inzy and Akhtar performing below theirs). **** it, I'd just go with an all-Indian lineup.

Pakistan drew home and away to Windies in 86-88 and 90 tbf that was after Clive had retired, if the series had taken place around 82-83 these were to be the XI.

Unfortunately, the Saffers seem to love taking it out on Indians though. Only seem to choke against the Aussies and in ICC knockout games.

Definitely SA. Can't turn down the possibility of having Steyn and Kallis (probably Amla and AB as well).

Steyn and Khan has the possibility of being such an awesome bowling pair when you think about it. Morkel not a bad first-change bowler either.

England and India both fill all the Saffa gaps. It sort of depends whether you want Anderson-Swann or Zaheer-Harbhajan, whether you want Cook or Sehwag, Prior or Dhoni etc.

Anderson = Zaheer

Swann > Harbhajan (he's become too predictable)
Sehwag = Cook (i don't think he'll do well against zaheer and sehwag may struggle against Anderson)
