I think he has been consistant, which few NZ batsman are. Richardson deserves to be there though, he is awesome .

As the ratings are an indicator of current form. If you miss games through injury, 99% of the time you won't be in the same form when you return, especially if you've been at a peak.

Nice to see Inzy in the top-ten. Though I don't think Shoaib Akhtar deserves the fourth spot.
